I an currently cruising atm and stats are 5’6 @175lbs. My goal is to reach 200lbs but I’ll b shooting for 190 for now,one step at a time.lol. I grew up boxing,literally as a kid and didn’t have the Cartledge in my shoulder joints to keep em lubricated so now I’m legally disabled.I still work because that little check is a complete joke so I don’t even collect it. Can’t get gear on $700 a month plus have an ole lady. Anyway doctor says to get help lifting the gallon of milk if it is full,lmao. My bench is over 300 lbs atm so fck what people tell you,you make your own rules!!!
