Let’s get back to Bodybuilding

IMG_8081.webp

Last check-in of 2024. Came in at 224. Time to increase food. Adding some more test and NPP. Been on 350 of test for about 8 weeks.

Labs look the best they ever have. LDL down to 40. Cystatin -c lowest it’s ever been. Creatine the same. AST/ALT barely elevated (normal with training and night shift).

It’s time to fucking growwwww. Plan is first comp at the end of 2025.

Love tracking your progress bro, from the detailed labs to the photos. Keeps me fired up about bodybuilding, hoping I’ll be able to at least be able to prep for a single show after this year.

Thanks bro! You got this! I’ll probably post more now that the fun part is here lol cutting is boring

Food went barely went up last week. Probably the same this week. Doses are the same. Feels good running test back up around 500. Felt nice getting some more carbs back in play. Grind baby grind.

If you’re struggling to stay on track. Or lose the weight. Or get back on track. I suggest hiring a coach. I think about some of the guys who used to be around (although I know yall log in and read every day. I see you.) who couldn’t ever quite seem to stick with it, or would commit out of excitement but lack the discipline, and I think they would have seen drastic life changes if they would have hired a coach. That’s my 0.02 for the day.

I put my lazy assness up against any coach any day 😂😂😂

you look way heavier in a good way… especially being as tall as you are.

an assumption out of ignorance… posing class is going to be extremely hard.

Thank you thank you. The posing coaches are supposed to be top notch. They had a big seminar yesterday for new competitors but I couldn’t make it bc the roads were too bad and I didn’t want to drive them after working all night. Branch Warren was there.

Posing class will hopefully be brutal and kick my ass so I stay motivated to keep going 😂😂

Another offhand ignorant comment. Im thinking they’re going to be like yoga classes… “awww this will be easy “….. NOT!!!!

Looking wide AF! Curious about the posing part myself. I imagine it's pretty difficult hitting it correctly and consistently for the entire length of a contest.

Bro I can hardly hold it HALFWAY decent for a picture.

In all seriousness I’m looking forward to it. I’m treating it mentally like a new skill rather than a daunting task on the horizon.
