Let’s get back to Bodybuilding

I agree. I wish I had done it much sooner. I think it’s definitely going to put me in a much better spot to do something good this summer.
I'm going to do this in the New Year. Go back to never skipping a workout. The workout is always the priority. And disciplined diet ALL the time, not just when it's convenient.

Plenty of really great lifestyle coaches out there. It’s made a significant difference for me just 4 weeks in.

I’m seriously considering just sucking it up and going. It will be good to be around a bunch of competitors too.

I think you should, at least as often as you could. I developed a decent relationship with Brett and a couple other guys when I would go. They helped turn me into an absolute unit, very knowledgeable and motivating environment to be in.

Coach and I had a good talk today about our time line moving forward. We both felt like summer was a little rushed in terms of growing/prep/health.

New plan:

Growth phase: 18 weeks.
Maintenance: 6 weeks.
Prep: 14-16weeks.

Pick a warm up show. Hold for 4 weeks. Pick a big show.

So approximately a year from now. Which I like. I don’t feel like that rushes anything, and it allows ample time to bring a great overall physique to the stage.

🫡 get after it.

I can’t wait to see the fruits of your labor

I’m excited. It made it feel very real!
There’s two thoughts on the quote “balls to the wall”… I will use the old school aviation one.

On the real old military planes… the throttles had balls on top of the levers. Full forward was towards the cockpit front wall. Soooo balls to the wall means full throttle wide open… full tilt boogie.

GOOOOO!! LET ER EAT!
