Man I wish it was closer to me. 30min one way to the gym isn’t really practical or I’d be there full time for sure.Man, I love armburst. You’re in good hands there.
I agree. I wish I had done it much sooner. I think it’s definitely going to put me in a much better spot to do something good this summer.I think working with coach ia going to be good for you can always see that size is leanness at size is good
I’m sitting here cracking myself up. If I hired a coach now… the list of movements I can’t do would be a mile long … with like maybe 6 that I can.I agree. I wish I had done it much sooner. I think it’s definitely going to put me in a much better spot to do something good this summer.
In the powerlifting world… your height would be unlimited weight except for a few outliers. 5-9 is usually 240 plusHa, I’d agree that Dirt is a giant, but not me. Just an average 6’ 2” that apparently is very tall these days in the bodybuilding realm, seeing as how most of the ones I have seen are shorter than 5’ 9”. Minus CBum, and most of the generation before the last 10 years.
My biggest issue with my height is my fricken eating to out on enough weight, along with the gear. I’ll see a nice jump to 240 and then drop calories for a good 3 months and down to 225. Which I know isn’t bad, but not great when you’re losing some of the muscle with it and not just the body fat.
@Neuro does have some good genetics though, cause at his height, he can maintain a good body weight for a substantial amount of time, which means having this coach is going to yield some even more than remarkable results.
Reminds me of the Brad Rowe storyThere's a study about using it during the workout. I tried it and actually liked it. The downside was the wires.
5'9 with hair in 1990.All yall can suck it! Im down to 5-9 and shrinking faster than my johnson in a cold pool.

I honestly grew up thinking that all dudes were at least 6’ tall and then over the years of traveling the world for 25 years, I realized that it really isn’t that common. Our son complains daily that he’s barely 5’ 11” and u have to keep telling him that he could be like most of his friends that are only about 5’ 8”.That’s tall no matter what realm.
My college roommate was 6’7 and I always thought it just looked uncomfortable… doing anything. I think he installed extra tall toilets in his house.I honestly grew up thinking that all dudes were at least 6’ tall and then over the years of traveling the world for 25 years, I realized that it really isn’t that common. I couldn’t imagine though being as tall as basketball players or folks that are 6’ 5” and taller. Just not sure that anything is built for that in our world.
One of my best friend (neighbor) was 6-6… it was odd when he came in our house. As my kids were still little and at 5-10, I was the tallest thing under our roof. He would sit in our living room and would look waaayyyy out of place. Hahaha he retired from military and moved away.I honestly grew up thinking that all dudes were at least 6’ tall and then over the years of traveling the world for 25 years, I realized that it really isn’t that common. When I was with my roommates family I was the shortest person in the house. His 60 yr old mom was still 6’2.Side note that dude always drove little ford ranger truck.
