Good morning ladies and lads, Bit of a newbie here please be nice.

From the past year, I’ve decided to start bodybuilding so I can build some confidence and boost my image and decided to start bodybuilding, in the first months of the year I wasn’t too serious about it then after the previous few months of working out I’ve become more serious, a little too serious and now I’ve started gear (TrenE 75mg, TrenA 50mg, Sustanon 150mg, every 2 weeks).

But after said months go by I noticed I’m becoming more lethargic and my body doesn’t like me exercising (not tired), kinda feels like wanting to go to bed just after 10 mins of lifting, even doing my exercise regimen with 8 simple workouts I end up just doing 4 at most. I even asked ChatGPT about this and it told me that It may be a cause of not having enough water or bad nutrition. I should note that I am religious and am currently fasting, It’s Ramadan, but I should note that I am exercising during the time I am allowed to eat and drink water.

Help me out bros!

  1. People will be nice here, if they are not. They get booted. We’re different here.
  2. Break down your current protocol for me.

You are injecting every two weeks? This is your two week total? You are taking only 150 mg of test every two weeks? This will inform us as to what direction to head in finding out what’s going on.

I’ll say it starting gear after a few months of lifting bad idea. Using super toxic compound like tren right away second mistake. My advice right now is get bloods. Lethargy could be sign that your liver isn’t doing so well.
Edit age and and some stats would be helpfull as well welcome aboard hopefully we can help in right direction and get that training great agian

Welcome aboard. You jumped right into Tren. I imagine some of the lethargy and feeling tired might have to do with progesterone. Possibly. You’re not really running enough to be having progesterone issues but everyone is different. I also agree with @anabolic_geek you could be getting glycemic as well. This is where labs come in handy. Labs before. Labs during and labs after.

Welcome to UGM! 👍
More frequent injections will help keep your hormones more stable; less ups and downs.
Tren burns through calories very quickly which without adequate caloric intake at regular intervals will lead to low energy. Try to get small meals in every 2-3 hours with clean protein (chicken breast, egg whites, turkey breast, whey protein), a clean slow release carb source (yams, brown rice, oats), and good fats (fish oil, MCT oil, avocados, nuts).
Drink a gallon of water minimum throughout the day.

I should also mention I am a little too young to be taking gear (19 years old) I was thinking that this should be a 1-time thing. I thought about doing more later but I did more research on how bad it fucks with your body, and because I’m young I shouldn’t even be touching this. Me being self-conscious of my looks and image got me feeling like crap, thinking I look like something that my mind described as a rat, started gear and im starting to feel a bit of regret.

When I was researching about gear (and by research I mean searching up which gear is strong and a random More Plates More Dates video i barely remember) I thought that taking Test is for weaklings and you can barely get anything out of it, taking tren is the way to go. Now looking back to my statement that was stupid.
