It kinda feels new, before I didn’t take any form of tren or even creatine, just simple whey and thats it and I was completely fine, however I should mention my routine was really bad, like me doing 50 barbell curls and 10 pushups in one day then do nothing else after around 5 - 10 days.

I also forgot to mention this, my diet is crap and is only getting worse after serious exercise (not related to my gear use, i think). No proper planning on my meals, I eat whatever my mama suggests (some healthyish home food, KFC, some fruits, doner kebab) and after some very serious personal issues, my mental health tanked, I am prescribed large dose antidepressants (Sertraline 150mg) and thought it would be a good idea to stop taking them because I thought that I cannot be on these pills forever and I need to improve on my own self without the help of medication, that backfired hard. Began binge eating a bunch of greasy fast food and felt like crap (I’m going back on my meds).

Me looking back at this I feel ashamed that I’m taking a dangerous shortcut just to look good, I’ve even debated really hard about myself on one of the factors of possibly being sterile which I really do not want to become, not being able to see my future children because I just wanted to blast tren

Look we get and you recognize that you’re too young so that’s a start. I think roids has almost became too common place with teens now and most of you guys are really doing any research before hand. You hear story’s of tren gains and think fuck yeah. But really there should be time out in before hand get the diet and training down first make it so you are
Dialed in then add in the extra. Stuff works so much better when you are seasoned and know what you’re doing. I’m 37 and can still take that advice

We do honesty here, not being mean, but being honest.

Get off the gear. If you think test is weak, then it just shows you have everything to learn still. Not a lot. Everything.

You need to proper PCT. and get off gear. Now. You’ve admitted you’re too young, you’ve admitted your diet is crap, and if your diet is crap your training is probably crap too.

Learn how to eat. Learn how to train. You’re 18. You’re test should be higher than mine when I’m running 200mg of test. Use the magnifying glass to search PCT protocols.

Good morning

@LordXbox360 …. @Dirtnasty and. @Neuro just gave you the best advice you’re ever going to get. They very well could have saved your life…at the very least saved you from years of misery.

If you’re not satisfied with your appearance… I get that. Most of us are not. At your age you should be able to eat almost anything as long as your getting the essentials to build muscle… train regularly and your newbie gains will transform your body in a positive way. Your newbie gains should carry you through a year or so providing you’re hitting the weight pile regularly.

Caveat to my statement: all that is hinging on you not being obese or having any preexisting health conditions you need to be wary of.

@LordXbox360

You don’t have to be on the juice to be a member here.

There’s folks here that know as much if not more about training protocols than drugs.

Stick around with questions.

One last thing…maybe… tren is one of the compounds that should be reserved for the very experienced users… it’s definitely one of the lines that should NOT be crossed without being fully educated and prepared.

It’s for the big boys for sure.

Look brother. Follow everything you just heard. If you wanna have babies some day get the hell offf Tren and pct now.

If your willing to spend money on gear then spend it on a good coach who will put together a nutrition schedule and workout routine for your specific goals. We have a couple good coaches on hear. @Kad1 and @PHD both coach bodybuilding. That will take you way closer to your goals then gear will. And if you get hell bent on using gear we will help you do it in a fashion that minimize the harm you will do to yourself. But my advice is get off gear and get a good coach. Also welcome.

As stated already on here. STOP the gear!
Get your nutrition in order first of all.
Next get a proper training program.
Master all the basics first. If you cannot do the basics well you are not ready to move onto the advanced concepts yet.
At your age you should have plenty of test to get you going.
Basics,
1- drink plenty of water making sure you are getting in enough electrolytes
2- sleep! You need proper rest to grow
3- nutrition, make sure you are getting the proper numbers in. Protein/ fat/ carbs
4- train hard. When you think you’ve pushed hard. Push even harder.

Mmm. Tren fucked with my thyroid hardcore. Took me awhile to realize it though. It came back eventually but it took about 6 months to a year for my bloods to be normal again.

I agree with the consensus. Come off, take a breather and come at this with fresh eyes once you’ve improved your consistency at the table and at the gym.

Stop now and get everything in order. As I stated above , I’d you are not meeting the basics you are wasting time, money and potential your health

Summary of all the above would be get off the Sust and Tren. Properly PCT with clomid and Hcg. Get blood work done. Start eating properly. Track your macros. When I started tracking my macros is when I grew the most. Then get you a routine. Some train each body part once a week. I recommend training each body part twice a week. You have years to grow before ever needing anything extra.
