Just want to take the time to introduce myself. I am a 47 year old male that is trying to get his health and life back. I have put on a bunch of weight over the last 10 years and need to get my ass in shape before it kills me. I just started TRT 3 weeks ago because I found out my test levels were in the dirt. It has been years since I have touched a weight. I am looking forward to the journey and what I can learn on the forum. Any way guys I will try to refrain from too many dumb questions.
 
Welcome to the Board, sounds like you are doing TRT the best way possible :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:, good idea pinning everday keep those levels ultra stable

That’s a lot of pinning,I know it helps blood stability,but it is not neccesary to pin a long ester every day,which is the point of a long ester…
 
I agree with @John

You can spread that out to e3d with cyp. Do the math to get your 200 in a week and it would alleviate all the pinning.

BUT do whatever you’re comfortable with.

Keep in mind, you’re 47… thats alot of pinning over the next 20 or more years.
 
Shit, he’s pinned more times since he started trt,then I have in the past year

The doc did say to pin everyday. I have been thinking about changing it to atleast EOD. The Dr has been very easy to work with so far. Heck he wrote the script for more than what I am actually taking. I figured I would just store that back for once I get the weight off then maybe bump it up for a few months to see how much muscle I can pack on.
 
I’m surprised he said that,and while I’m no doctor,I definitely don’t feel it’s neccesary…
