New study on Stretching. Bringing back some things Dante used to discuss

All I know is I don’t want to be a brick. I want to be able to move when I’m old. Even if stretching showed negative impact on max output in training (which some studies indicate) I’d rather be swole and flexy.

Guys… I let my stretching slip and I’m paying for it now. I’m trying to play catch up and it’s painful.

Beings my hips are my current (worst) problem. I just did 5 minutes of her happy hips session. Hers is 17 minutes long. I made it through 5 minutes.

Clearly I’m a wreck. Maybe I can work into it. Holding myself up is a workout in itself.

I’ve been focusing on hip mobility daily. Even if it’s 5-10 min and it’s made such a drastic difference.

Get those yoga blocks. Cheap. I have a set and a stretching strap. Also the splits yoga stretches have a lot of hip openers as well.
