My story…
52 and lean.
I train Brazilian jujitsu 5-6 time a week
I do moderate resistance training (I train hard but Jujitsu is rough so I have to be smart)
I’ve run many cycles in my time. I try to be smart and not over do it so I can alway do it. I will cruise and occasionally throw in some blasting. I want to look good but my main focus is recovery. The look good part just happens due to my activities. I am looking for some opinions on what may be best for me.
Right now I’m doing some test and Nandrolone with some hgh thrown in for good measure. Let me know what you all think may be a good compound to add occasionally
