Hey fellas I’m new on the site. I’m 6’4 296lb and I’m wanting to blow the fk up! I’ve worked out off and on for years since high school when I played sports but gains come too slow. When I set my mind to shaping up, I do the usual high protien diet and portion control bit and gym 3-4 times a week and I usually start losing weight as my strength increases. This go round I want to switch it up. My goal now is to weigh in at around 270-280 and be built like a damn tank. Where do I start?
