Newbie Introduction!

Hello all,

After trolling some of the forums for a while, I thought it was time for a proper intro.

I’m 37 years old, 5’10, currently 185 lbs, sitting around 12% bf. Train 5 days a week depending on work schedule. Into clean eating, studying nutrition and understanding what works for my body to stay fit and feeling good. It wasn’t till my mid 20’s I started to take my workouts and strength training more seriously. My goal is to stay lean and healthy with athletic build.

Shout out @SRx and @Raphael3636 for steering me in the right direction. @Raphael3636 went above and beyond helping me navigate the site.
So far 3 weeks in, feeling great and already seeing results. This is my run…

1-12 Test C @ 250 twice a week (mon & thurs)
Adex .5mg after week 2, day after pins
Weeks 1-5 Anavar at 50mgs ED pre-work out
Weeks 6-8 No orals
Weeks 8-12 Winstrol ED pre workout
10mgs Nolva ED to prevent any gyno flair ups
Rich Piana Liver & Organ defender 9 caps a day 3 times a day

First timer running win so I was going to start at 50mgs and move up to 75mg. Possibly 100mg last 2 weeks depending how I’m feeling.
