Right, but what people call “willpower” is often the result of good habits and well planned nutrition. People with good “willpower” don’t generally have willpower as it’s commonly thought of — they make sure they don’t put themselves in a situation that requires them to use it.
If ya sit in front of a bowl of chips and salsa, sooner or later those chips are gonna win. Better to ask them to take the chips away than rely on “willpower”. So yea I absolutely meant what I said.
