I should probably try that fat loss thing again since I’m not really needing to carry around all this weight with not competing and I’ll look better to prospective ladies if I feel like I should give dating a go again
 
Just get ripped. You know what your doing. Your strength will probably get better as you train for PL again 😜 then just bang as many umm ladies as you can. The right one will come along. She will straighten up you place, ask how you are, she will start getting a little motherly 🤨and let you do your thing.
 
So, I found doing rope crunches after my delt exercises to be a little extra beneficial. My first 2 sets doing abs I felt a great stretch in my delta. Lit them bitches on fire in a good way. After that the 3rd set on the sensation was gone and it was all ab burn from there . I'm definitely going to start throwing ABS in after my shoulders on shoulder day now.
 
I guess I'll just reuse this thread since I'm just maintaining. Anyhow I already spoke about my 2-month hiatus because of financial issues. I just started back. today is day 5. I did delts and calves. During the 2 months I did my diet pretty fucking clean if I say so myself.
Since I did shoulders today, two out of the three pics I took I wanted to show some emphasis on the delt striations. And bottom pic the damn light is right on the delt but my arm looked good so fuck it...
