Before I get off work today my food consumption will be 3 servings of oatmeal a banana six egg whites two tablespoons of peanut butter 18 oz of chicken.. and roughly 12 to 15 oz of sweet potato. And then whatever I eat when I get home.... Which will be almost a pound of fish and a cup and a half of rice. Not much fat in today's consumption

Leg day today. Some guy hopped on me with the leg press so I used that as motivation to push a little harder today....12 plates for ⁷. Felt good strong and in control. No weirdness in the joints. Or stiffness. I'm a little guy.. so these things are swell for me. And no John I'm definitely not big... 170 pounds ... Ill say this much.... If I did add them 42 LB for the 212 class I'd be a fucking monster...

I am human after all. No perfect diet goes unpunished. Went to the homeboys house last night. Drink about 3/4 of a fifth to myself. I chased the Jim Beam I was drinking straight with occasional swigs of water for hydration. I made sure I ate some tacos while drinking that I made. And when I got home I ended up cooking cinnamon buns at 3:00 in the morning and chasing those with milk. Upon waking up I went and had breakfast at the diner and got myself on a two-story house and removed a 2 ft of snow off that bitch. More of the story is I guess for myself. If I'm going to splurge make sure I counteract. I used to counteract the liquor and Chase it with beer now I chase it with water. And you can definitely count me out on eating because of why the fuck am I going to mess up my buzz...yes I was an idiot back then. So here's to a healthy drinking . I'm about to eat this oatmeal and go hit back they didn't shut the gym down today un fucking believable... It will be closed tomorrow though.
Back day was alright today... Fuck my ring finger up 4 days ago and back day is going to be the ones I struggle with until this thing heals. Sad part about it is I was really fucking strong today. Left hand just couldn't keep up with the right. Dinner is...
