November 22nd installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.No gym,gonna work half day,then spend some time with my daughter. Breakfast was 12in cheese steak pepper and cheese only, grapes,coffee and water.Not sure about lunch and dinnner.Today I am grateful for marijuana.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
In work two hours early which is nice get out two hours early. Going to try dead’s and back then maybe shot And a beer for bbnoty. Right now I just want to get through ten hours. Today I’m thankful my new lady got to her destination safe but still bleeding. I’ve seen the movies where she’ll end up falling in love with t scuba instructor or something. Best that she is down for the count while she is there hahaha.
 
No training either. Have to get take out again. Protein shake and a banana. Grilled chicken salad. Steak bomb w/cheese. Oatmeal and egg whites.
 
I got some venison still in my freezer, little bit… Hopefully I can whack another this Saturday.Theres another bigger one around then the 8 pointer I shot on veterans day,perfect gift from nature to me.
