October 3rd installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake blended with oatmeal two table spoons of PB,1 plain bagels,grapes and a banana.going to gym at 11 not sure what I’m working bis most likely.Today I am grateful for another day at life and a supportive family.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
I just had a protein/oat shake. Today will be my 5th day in a row training. I’m supposed to do 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off but lately I want to train and not take a day off because it I feel great and I seem to look better if I keep training until my body say no more. It helps my mind a lot too. Today is back and lats. I’ll eat one meal of dry toast and London broil steak, and one meal of 10 egg whites with 7 rice cakes, and the rest will be 5 protein/oat shakes. 👍
