Well I just finished 8 weeks of HRT and now we start our 6 week blast. I’m sitting at 222 in the morning. Even though it’s HRT doesn’t mean the intensity let’s up. I train the same on or off gear. I’ve kept my strength and stayed fairly lean. Ready to blast this grow phase.

You got some monster quads bro. Looking good. How much test do you run with MENT? Also wondering how the BPC157 worked for your groin injury?

I’ll be running around 800mg. Ehhh I don’t think it really worked I quit using it to be honest maybe I didn’t give it long enough.
 
Wheels are looking good man! I’m 2 leg workouts in now after being cleared by the doc post hip replacement. I forgot how great it feels, even if it is just going through the motions!

Hell yea bro that’s awesome. I have a buddy that had both hips replaced and he’s in his 50s and won a show in the open with the young guys. Keep it up bro
 
I love hearing things like that! I’m going to attempt to deadlift tomorrow, very light, but everything is a step in the right direction! I’m not sure a power lifting competition will ever be in my future again, and I leave the figure shows to my wife, I don’t have the discipline to diet like that… who knows though
