Older Guy blasting and cruising

Welcome man. I’m new here too. Kinda in the same boat. Coming of a 2 year lay off. On trt after 2 years of nothing… well sort of… I jumped right into a cycle 500 test only after 2 years off. But I’ll be back to blast and crousin again from here forward. Glad to be back at it. Anywho welcome

I’m not even cruising right now. I’m going to jump into a test only blast then cruise after. Then I’ll add compounds in future blasts. Shit, after my 4 year layoff I figure a blast of Sustanon at 500-750mgs EW should be sufficient.

Shit man that avi picture was 2 years ago where I left off. I’m holding lot less muscle and bout 20 percent body fat. This cycle I’m hoping since my receptors are super fresh and my levels are shit that I can take advantage of that going 500 mg/week and hoping I’m blessed by the muscle memory gods that I get a good jump back in. Probably a shot way to go about it. I should cut weight first but the choice is made. Nothing to it but to do it as they say. Forward we march
 
20% is ok to go back on cycle. Especially experienced man like yourself. If it’s any consolation, I’m 51 and been working myself back in it and my muscle memory gods remembered. And I was only eating right. I’ve since in last 18 months added creatine and protein powder.
Tomorrow morning is a big day for me as I go back to my gym and do an actual workout. Hahaha. … I’ve been doing home workouts.
I have to wait to get gear. Christmas, 2 kids, bills, you know… late January or early February is best I can do for that. And hell, almost forgot, I’m getting back in it at about 24-28%. I’m not going to cut it back, either. I don’t mind and I don’t believe in a clean bulk. Plus, I like to eat too much for that. Haha… Currently 205. Used to maintain 235-240, bulk to 256 was my best. I have unlimited supply of Humalog and Lantus now, so that’ll help.
 
Hell ya. I feel that. Love the dirty bulk man. Kinda got the same mind set this go… I’m not looking to look pretty I’m looking to get bigger and stronger then I was. More me than before if you will. As a younger pup I wanted to look good and attractive… as an older dog I want to look and feel healthy and strong as an ox… and rather then look good to young ladies I’d prefer the young men that date my daughters understand without words what I expect of them as a father in law… weird how goals change as we mature.
On a side note I’m glad to be lining my goals back up with how I’d like to see a better future health wise for myself both mentally and physically for me… and I’m glad I found this forum to be able to share my experience of that path man. Gym rat for life
 
Haha… we have the same goals. I’m gonna tell ya, in the winter right after my 42nd birthday I decided the winter bulk I was gonna run a gm a week of Sustanon only. I was a fuckin beast about 8 weeks in. Strongest I’ve ever been in my life! PL workouts M-W-F and then went to Push/Pull (big 3) e3d. I’ve pretty much stuck to that since. Will be doing it again in the future but getting back slowly, and right. And yeah, when little boys come to pick up my daughter, I hope I give them a few things to think about. Haha…
 
Yup fuck the boys, my daughter is number #1, however regardless of my size, I am well practiced at intimidation, and while I don’t use it much, cause I’m not a complete asshole(only half one) it’s always lingering, surface deep ready to be dispatched.
 
Haha… love it. And coming from a Marine, I’m sure you have your ways of intimidating individuals…
