LEGS DAY

thought of the day:
aside from the 10 days of illness, in which I lost a lot of weight and then regained it the following week, in general the weight is quite stagnant... ergo, it's time to change something.

The next few days will be dedicated to planning, and probably from March something will change

breakfast
5 whole eggs and 5 just egg whites
yolks aside because I don't cook them.

then obviously there's rice as an accompaniment
