For this week I decided to eat fish instead of meat.
There’s no real reason, I’ll just see if anything changes and if I can add some fish to the diet and have another source of protein.
1kg of cod per day over 4 meals
170 g of protein - 870 kcal
I lost about 5 lbs on my trip, despite training and lots of good food.
