I used to pin the delts with 22 1.5’s… just don’t go all the way in.

I’ll probably try just inserting an inch and pinning that way. My hands usually aren’t too shaky and I’m doing a smaller injection (.5 ml) so hopefully won’t cause too much PIP

I use 26g 5/8 in my delts twice week. 1inch got to wher it was hurting to much. I’d use 29g 5/8 if I could push it in without moving

I use 5/8 or 1 inch for delt and lats

I use insulin needle for delt shots - 28g 1/2 inch. It should be noted I micro dose so I inject daily. Just warm up the oil slightly if it’s super thick - if it’s mct oil then you will not need to. Most I shoot daily is .60 ml. Right just cruising on TRT so my dosage daily is .20 test c / .10 deca. Deca just the joints lubricated - no bloating effects with this low dose.
