Hey everyone ! Figured I’d tell everyone a little bit about myself. I’ve been training most of my life off and on. I played football since a kid so weight training was always a thing. I’m 26 years old now about 5’9.
This past year I’ve been more serious about lifting then ever before I wanted to really push myself to achieve the best physique possible. I got to about 185lbs naturally before I decided to go enhanced. I think it might have been early but I didn’t want to wait. I’m currently at 196lbs.
My goals here are to learn more tips to the bodybuilding lifestyle about dieting, training ext. at the moment I believe I eat pretty clean mostly chicken rice and broccoli, eggs, peanut butter and oatmeal not much else no junk and only water.
I’ve been learning a lot already from reading threads on here and the topics you guys post I’m pleased to be apart of the community !
 
Welcome sir. Biggest thing is going to be diet. If you’re not already, id say start counting those macros. Unless you’re a power lifter, “I eat pretty clean” usually isn’t as good as we like to think.

Even with powerlifting counting macros is good they got weight classes you know. That said I’m going to be counting to make sure I hit my number not fall short when changing diet back more strict clean eating with tarts thrown in. Also welcome aboard brother
