It is a round cylinder like pad with a groove to slip on the bar it does the same thing. Limits the range of pressing.

Todays training

Had to get up early and go into the office. At work at 4-effn-30 am.

Trained at noonish when I got home.
Shoulders felt fatigued not hurt, just time for a little rest.

Overhead press. Just the bar 3 sets of 20

Back and triceps. All very high rep low weight
