Poppy’s Mesterolone and Methenolone Enanthate Cycle Along With Hormone Replacement

My post about being nervous was kind of dramatic I know but its the truth. I’ve left the doctors office very low in spirits several times, especially when I went in thinking i was on track. I’ve been apprehensive ever since…about 6 years… been diabetic for 8 years.

If my a1c is is below 7.5… I will be happy. It was 7.3 three months ago which was a 3.3 point drop. I would like to be sub 7’s but my negativity is getting the best of me.

Lord i hope so!

Btw I love tasty cakes…great brand! Theres a mrs freshly brand down here also that is great!

Of course i haven’t had neither in years!!!

I’ve got a bunch of very dense packing material foam pads/slabs. They’re about
6” wide and 14” long and 1 1/2” thick. Lay 3 of them under your shirt on top of each other and that’ll knock about 4 1/2” off your stroke. The pads give a little so maybe 3”.

Big time shoulder saver. You can use 2x6 boards also if you have someone to hold them for you.

I’ve never seen this done very interesting I still learn things constantly at ugmuscle.

So the low end of your motion while bench pressing is now 3" less helping not hurt your shoulders. That’s a great idea but those pads can’t be comfortable while you’re hitting the weight right?
Im going to have to buy you a mark bell sleeve and yes that’s not the correct name but its how I remember it lol 😎

It gets freakn hot and humid here and the pool is maybe 15 steps away! Been more than workout cut short to go cool off in pool!

Todays episode in the critically acclaimed log of a fat sweaty old man

265g protein

96g carbs…~80g of the carbs were by noon.

For those following along and playing poppy trivia…yes I do wear a mouth guard when I lift. Ive got a small fortune in my mouth and have a tendency to clamp hard when I lift. Dentist recommended it.

I ate knuckles and a tennis racket too many times over the years… they were replaced here and there. Not pretty. My now wife had me get them replaced once and for all.

Remember the first generation shiney aluminum rackets? I took one in the chops…like a knife hand. Dude messed me up. I had an ahhhhaaaa moment at 17… if you go looking for trouble, you’ll probably find it. Hahaha
