285x 1 maybe had 2 but shut it down went directly to 225 close grip for 6 reps then directly to blast strap push-ups for 18.

Shoulders abs traps tris

Carbs are high. I tried the kodiak cakes instant stuff in a cup. Very tasty not as filling as I wanted. I gotta play with it.

Feeling dangerous today… a little rowdy

OHP standing as usual.

Tried applying dynamic effort

95 lbs for sets of 2 reps as fast as possible. Did 7 or 8 sets. 30 seconds rest. Got bored and lost count.

Lots of back shoulders tris. some abs biceps

Todays jurassic training

Squats plain ole squats mid stance

315 felt extremely heavy…3 sets of 3 and felt terrible didn’t get better

One giant drop set after giving up on 315…315x3… 275x 10… 225x 13… 135x 16

Single leg work as prescribed by @NeuroRN … dozens of reps each leg about half sitting back and half knee over toes.

Some abs

Legs were fried!!! Walked around pool for 20 minutes with baby girl piggy backing.
