Intentions were 225 for 5x5 but it felt heavy and shoulders n elbows didn’t feel great soooooo after 2 sets of 2 reps at 225.

Close grip 135 rest pause for 34 reps full stroke didn’t sit up on bench. Let go of bar for a few seconds.

Traps some tris neck abs shoulders

Walk around yard with dog for 15 minutes.

Pwo was cialis and 2 cups of caff and a half.

Todays RAGE Training

Giant set 45 degree back raises… calves… abs… shoulder rocks… 4 rounds x 10 reps each.

Carried this thing over head around yard switching sodes so chain is on other side for equal stupid crap. My buddy found it on the train tracks it’s a chunk of steel with 20 pound chain attached. Carried about 12 times

Overhead press.

Warmup to 115x5 easy and fast and strip set down to 65 lbs with no rest and bunches of reps.

Todays great training and crappy eating

Had youngest granddaughter here when I got home so I did quick intense leg training.

Single leg (rear leg elevated) with 25lb plate. Sets of 12…half knee over toes half sitting back. 6 sets on each leg. Abs in between each set.

Legs were blown up.

Rough house in pool with kids.

226G protein

196g carbs.

Had kodiak cup for breakfast instead of cold oatmeal. Tooooo much sugar…my blood sugar spiked then plummeted. So i gourged on junk and another kodiak cup along with lunch. Most carbs I’ve had in a while… 3k carbs!
