Thank you. Being in the office is a double edge sword for me. I’m away from the fridge and pantry at the house but my coworkers like to do “going away” luncheons for the guys/gals that rotate in and out.

Standing ab crunch with band 12 reps

Seated leg curls with band 20 reps

Pallouf holds for abs 12 count each side.

4 rounds with a minute or so rest between each round.

Shoulder rock 8 on each side for 2 rounds

More abs

10 minute brisk walk combo around yard and treadmill
 
Feeling good brother. Just dialed in my schedule… this Friday is blood donation which is one pint and six huge viles… the next day Saturday am is labs which will be at least 3 viles… I’m going to be running lite!!!
 
That was an excellent session… kept moving for a little conditioning but employed muscle mind connection.
