I’m good. Just erring on the side of caution. Looking for quality of life rather than age inappropriate strength. There’s some really strong old dudes out there. I’ll settle for kinda strong.
 
I can’t tell you how grateful I am to be able to workout after being in bed for 2 months. The cortisone is working. Once insurance approves Botox in my spine I’m hoping that’ll even reduce the pain further. This is my 6th workout in 7 days and it feels great physically and especially mentally. The doc says I have blood and protein in my urine so the doctor made me stop drinking protein drinks. I haven’t had a protein drink in 10 days and I’m leaning out faster this way.
My meals are one of the following:
  • Fat free cottage cheese and mixed nuts
  • fat free Greek yogurt and frozen fruit
  • egg whites, rice, and veggies
  • chicken breast, rice, and veggies
    I just trained lats.
    I’m on the bike now. 👍
 
Just an observation… I wear xl shirts mostly and have some I can’t get in and some that are a bit loose.

I also have a handful of xxl shirts… mostly pocket T’s from past work when I was 220 plus. I threw one on the other evening after the shower. I was surprised at how “tight” it fit. It was still nicely loose but less loose than I would have thought at this body weight.

I’ve tightened up belt a notch or two.

Muscle weighs more than fat, which you know already. So, although you’re on that damn scale everyday and it fluctuates between 187-190, those numbers might have taken a bit of a turn toward less BF and more muscle. That GH will not only cut some BF, but it will put on some muscle and tighten up your skin everywhere, too.

If you have time and one close, go get a baseline Dexa done. This way you will know where you stand on everything, including bone, which GH helps. Then, you. A start getting one done as frequently as you want to track your progress on the GH, higher Test and addition of Mast & TBol.
