Just talking about the heat today. I am NOT looking forward to it. Hopefully we’ll get a long spring and 70’s for another 6-8 weeks.
We’ve got a mini hurricane blowing today. Lots of rain with heavy winds. That’s ok… supposed to be a nice weekend and forestry has conducting controlled burns around our office… it came pretty close, like 30 feet. The fire dept was there but the simmering under brush smells bad. Hopefully this rain will wash it all out.

Bro, looking pretty lean in the back even without the shave. A bit more darker shade of tan and a really good shave, you’ll be surprised at how defined everything is back there.

I try to keep my BF low enough year round to maintain visible abs, too. It’s always a damn catch 22 for me, because I want to put on some more weight and muscle, but not at the expense of getting to puffy or chubby.
I hear ya on the damn yard work, but not the pool time. We have always had one and just finally bought another house (
) versus leasing down here in the high priced South Fl. It has space for a pool and we want one ASAP, but obviously will be pacing ourselves on that for this year until we truly get settled.
We obviously have beaches everywhere, but it’s not the same as walking out back and relaxing by your own pool without all of the sand and lugging shit from the car, etc.

We are minutes away from the coast too but getting to a beach in the summer is an absolute pain! Shoot… just navigating our daily routine here gets extremely aggravating starting Memorial Day on through Labor Day. My coastal counties population quadruples at least in the summer. We haven’t been to a beach in years. Like you said… go out back and get wet. Grandkids have a place to go. I got one left to teach how to swim. The others are like “little mermaids “. Hahaha
I can’t imagine a mortgage down there. It’s ridiculous here these days and getting worse. Lots of construction putting in bypasses from here to Raleigh…I’m still amazed at the amount of high rollers in NC… house in Raleigh-wood and a vacation home here by us.
Rates took a slight dip below 6% right when we locked in, but will never be what we had below 3% just a few years ago. Rates wouldn’t be so bad in parts of the country, if the damn prices didn’t skyrocket during that dumb ass intentionally created pandemic. When a house price goes up twice the value in 3 years and it’s 6%, you tend to cry a little at night. 
Not complaining by any means and am thankful that we still have the means to purchase a house in today’s God awful economy, along with all of the other stupid shit our country is doing and has done. Desantis keeps us a little bit normalized down here, but he can’t slow house prices, ridiculous inflation, and interest rates.
