Power, Straining, When To Cash It In

Its actually Naprosyn its really good for inflammation or swelling. Its not anywhere near as bad as acetaminophen. I from experience though can say to much of anything will effect liver kidneys because I was taking a ton of ibuprofen after I injured my arm and it raised my liver count my doctor actually had me stop.

Naprosyn works well is otc and non narcotic
 
It’s the only otc pain killer I use. So only pain killer I use. But even when ankle was bad I didn’t like to cause inflammation is good for growing
 
Depends on the lift. Based on strength standards, I’m actually ahead of 87% of guys my age on bench, which is my weakest lift! But well below 75% on squat and DL.
 
God I’m itching to max my bench. I know I can’t right tnow but I want that 5 plates on the bar
 
Easy big fella… a big gym lift isn’t worth tearing up your body.
 
In my late teens and early 20s it was all ego lifting. Fuck form just move more weight. As I got older (40s) and stopped giving a shit what others were doing I focused on form and “pump”. As I age I also have become more mindful of my eating and sleeping habits. As a semi responsible human being with a family I can’t have my hobby mess up my career. I won’t lie, I have the urge to go primate and see what this old decripid body still has left. Generally though how I struggle/feel on my last two three reps dictactes if I go up, drop set it or call it quits.

@Kad1 Hey brother Hey I am trying to bulk up on the inner deltoids in the chest because it has like a trapezoidal shape I wanted to have a nice symmetrical shape you know slant but it’s just not I can’t I can’t figure out how to get up by the collarbone on the inner deltoids just f****** shredded I need your help please and thank you
