In my late teens and early 20s it was all ego lifting. Fuck form just move more weight. As I got older (40s) and stopped giving a shit what others were doing I focused on form and “pump”. As I age I also have become more mindful of my eating and sleeping habits. As a semi responsible human being with a family I can’t have my hobby mess up my career. I won’t lie, I have the urge to go primate and see what this old decripid body still has left. Generally though how I struggle/feel on my last two three reps dictactes if I go up, drop set it or call it quits.
