Level 3 & 4 will have messages enabled. Messages between users stay between users. If you need to report something to staff then do so. Abusing the report feature or posting screenshots of your private messages in public forum, will result in the user(s) being locked into Level 2 and losing access to the feature.

Who is that? I’d have to say the biggest dick I know is my sons junior varsity coach. He hates me so he takes it out on my kid. He is one of those fat guys with chicken legs and fake lats walks around like he has to be sideways to fit through the doors. But I don’t have any pics of him.
