Would this work on my current lean winter bulk? Or it is really limited to a specific purpose? Anyone willing to explain this process in depth because it seems so confusing?
Man I feel much better because I thought this was going to be difficult and I wasn’t about to spend precious time NOT counting macros to achieve my desired results.
