Problem with an order

Yeah I ordered some stuff from Srx and my bitcoin app says complete but the Srx site says payment failed. Tried looking for a way to contact them through their page but there isn’t one. Anybody have a way I can look into this further. I’ve ordered from them 5 times and have never had any problems. Thanks B
