Im gunna buy a bunch then complain false advertisement and get my money back. It’s amazon. They’ll refund it too lol

Hmmm looks like you’re not eating enough. I’d try to eat every 2-3 hours solid food. Don’t try and eat a huge breakfast. Always do
Smaller more frequent. You should be able to build up pretty quick having a fast metabolism. I’m in prep and I was up to over 400 grams of carbs and still dropping weight.
