@John @herrubermensch thanks for the response. Glad to see I’m thinking logically about this. I was going to run a 16 or 20 week with dbol ten first weeks. Am week 4 now but only three weeks training cause this stupid thrush I can’t do shit cept sleep and eat popsicles and shit. So basically three weeks in. I have plenty of var. shoul I add this in say the last 8 or ten weeks. I don’t have much experience with a cutting cycle yet. Just a recomp and a bulk. Any advice on the car would be appreciated. I also have clen.
 
I would drop down to low dose npp and test. And let your body heal. Up your dose when your back in the gym. Eat clean and use it as a way to add good lean mass. If you’re already down that much weight I see no value in clen. Def not an oral for 10 weeks. Not after how much your lipids were jacked before.
 
I don’t know that I’ve heard of an adult getting thrush. I’ve seen it in children.
 
Thanks brother. I did take two months off before I started this cycle. I just had bloods done and they look good except estrogen is low and it’s time to donate blood. But I am taking the cycle down a notch and getting rid of the dbol. Just a nice healthy NPP and Test.
 
Im just going to be straight with you brother I don’t believe that you’re getting anywhere near what you should be gaining and doing on a cycle like your running.
I have dropped multiple cycles all you have to do is look at my logs lol
I always drop if I have any problem anything because I don’t want to waste gear and because I only want to have to take whats needed to get to my goal.

If you don’t have a goal or you can see that there’s something stopping you from reaching that goal you have to work that out first.

Your not in the best health brother especially if your immune response is weak. You’re talking steroids that’s what they give people with a low immune response so something isn’t right brother and I worry I wish that you would drop to a trt dose of test and get a your medical stuff solved get healthy and then kill it instead of struggling with illness and other issues. Still workout and continue trt so you don’t crash and just wait until you are healthy then kill that shit brother 💪
 
Uugghhhhhh!!! This is the same thing that happens to me when I got hit by Corona. I stopped that cycle. It’s the second time I stopped that one cause the first time was because injuries. This is gonna suck. I’m gonna go low dose for a couple weeks just to start donate some blood and see how I feel. I really just wanna kill it now I’ve been set back three times now since September. But I trust you bro. You been in this game a lot longer then I have.
 
Brother I completely understand ive been off everything for over a year because before I run again I need to make sure that everything is right and trust me in the past ive been so angry dropping some of the runs I was doing because ive dropped cycles even when doing great because of injury I might have been doing great at wk 4 but if I would have kept the cycle going I would have not made gains like I was because of the injury.
This is how the game works and being in good health and no injuries is really important to reaching your goals and achieving what you want but dropping your cycle is a hard thing to do that’s why honestly cruise at trt dose so you don’t crash and once you are 100% ready and feeling good then get going again it literally will probably be a 2 month set back im at over a year set back lol crazy smh I need to atleast start test and proviron myself lol I really dislike set backs also brother
 
Honestly at yiur age I would just focus I getting the lowest bf you feel comfortable at abs the. Slowly try and add muscle not use a classic bulk. No need to put all the stress b the body. That a bulk does. Hell I’m sure when I get my lipid back I’ll will have for. So

Downsize to around 235 for mid forties and beyond.
 
235 be a healthy weight. I’ve always wanted to be huge but never got behind th science of it until I met UGM. Now I think I can. But maybe your right I should concentrate on health. I’ll think about it
 
Ya I know I can’t go at the pace I did last summer cause I got all sorts of injured. I’ll take it slow and see what happens. Definitely not gonna try going at your pace. Lol
