This cycle will be interesting with weight. When I started AAS last summer my bf was 23 weight bouncing between 245 and 250. At end of summer weight very steady at 245 but be down to 17 %. After injuries cleared up in December/November checked bf up to 19% but weight still at 245. Been dieting and working hard still 245 bf 18%(guessing).
It doesn’t matter what I seem to do. My body composition changes but my body seems to love 245. I think I’m gonna be a very muscular 245 or very fat 245 or in between 245 like now. No matter what. So it’s up to me to decide how hard I want the muscular 245
Favorite pair of jeans and tshirt…see what fits tighter and where…mirror doesn’t lie either. The scale won’t differentiate between fat and muscle. My 2 cents
I think tte pic works better cause if you see your self say to day in the mirror the change happens so slowly it’s hard to tell like I feel I look the same as 20
