Oh she hot don’t get me wrong. And it ain’t no two week challenge either. But it’s a fast routine that works all core muscles really well. Almost like cardio also.
I’d hope not. I hit a nerve in my leg once and my quad started twitching like crazy. But no pain once I removed the needle. What’s it like when you hit a bigger nerve like in glutes. Does it hurt for a while or just short term.
The inversion table made my sciatica much worse by causing swelling around the spine. I was bed ridden in non stop pain for a month. It was hell. I had to crawl to the refrigerator and eat on the ground because I couldn’t stand or walk. I have almost no disk space left in my spine so any irritation or inflammation/swelling and I’m screwed.
Good call. I’ve been trying to do a ton more stretching. My Chiro says it’s from tight pecs/ sitting looking at computer all day. It’s a pain in the ass. When I feel it “go” my well being immediately goes to shit. Just a constant nagging pain upper neck. I good adjustment fixes its but usually only for a few weeks before it happens again
If I tip more than 45 degrees on table and stay for more then a minute then come back up all the way it feels like lightning is shooting down my leg. But if I go like 30 degrees for 30 seconds on the flat 30 seconds and repeat four five times it seems to help temporarily. Did you ever completely get rid of your sciatic pain
Google “myofascial release of the pectoral and subscapulus” on youtube…. That’s what they should work on. And do pass thru’s/around the worlds with a pvc bar when ever you can to keep it lose too.
I would see if you can get a referral to a PT that does dry needling. Loosen up those muscles around the nerve. It’s an absolute bitch the day of, but the next day you feel like a new person.
