I was hanging until I couldn’t take it. Way too long.
My sciatica got better on its own over time. I feel it flare up when I get inflammation from a virus but thankfully it’s good most of the time. My lower back is always sore but that’s nothing compared to the sciatica. Hopefully yours will get better on its own too.
How does your blood work look? I ask because my hemoglobin was 25 and I think that super thick blood was causing the inflammation all over which made the sciatica so bad. I had to stop roids for awhile which is what I think made the sciatica go away. I lost a ton of size and a month later the pain was improving. When I went back on roids 9 months later I kept doses lower. My doses are climbing again but the sciatica is good. My hemoglobin is still high. It was 20.5 last blood test. Doctor said I won’t die from that score so it’s all good as long as the sciatica stays away. I was on prednisone for awhile to reduce inflammation. Not sure how much it helped really.
Fasting will reduce systemic inflammation so I hope that does the trick. Intermittent fasting is great too. Just eat during a 6 hour window and fast 18.
So here we are day three. Coming on hour 60 of fast. This is the first morning in over 6 weeks I have not had to walk around limping and hunched over right outta bed. I still feel a little sore but almost no tightness down left leg. I have benne taking BP157 ed and TB 500 twice a week now for one week. But nothing seems to have helped as fast as the fast. Lol. I will continue on BP 157 and TB 500 for a few weeks to come just to make sure. I know I am not fully outta the wood work yet
Between this massive improvement in just 60 hours and the last time I did a 48 hour fast my hematoma shrank super quick the entire week following. I am becoming a serious believer in fasting and healing.

I’ve read that as long as we don’t eat solid food and keep calories under 300 a day it won’t ba any different then 0 calories per day. So drinking broth for lunch and dinner is ok. And having a couple packets of liquid iv for electrolytes is fine also
Upside down and my spine don’t play well together these days only thing that helped my back at all was a really good traction table. Sad thing about it was they told me it would only work for so long. They were right It let blood flow into places like my legs and feet. And My back felt so much better. I guess the tendons won’t stretch many more or scar tissue Alas I been chasing that dragon ever since. Now traction just makes it worse. As far as shots and burning nerve ends and crap maybe the first or second shot after that walk away cause you just taking a five finger piss and you just pissed on your last three fingers.
