@Poppy DHEA is perfect for you I just went over all the science the only thing is that you should check for medication interactions.

@herrubermensch so men over 40 really only benefit from DHEA in studies which works plus it showed a raise in estrogen and igf-1 so that’s where the weight loss comes from and estrogen as everyone should know is a powerful anabolic but the increases are small but with just trt supplementation I believe that this stuff is a really good addition with or without testosterone.

I did notice that the troches seemed to pump up my estrogen a bit. Interestingly, I have not noticed that yet with the scrotal cream, but having bloods drawn this week, so we will see. I do .5mg Adex E3D anyway, so it should be under control. E2 was 45 last time, and that’s way too low for me. I need it in the 60-70s to grow, feel good, and enjoy sex.

Where does the BHRT actually say to apply it to? Also why did you pick that application as opposed to the pill form? I know you tried it under the tongue

The pill form isn’t methylated so most is destroyed passing through the liver just like andro gel or other topicals it goes through the skin.
Its being applied straight to the testicles because that’s right where you want it to be absorbed.

I didn’t even read where its supposed to be applied but once it arrives I will post it up

I was going to get it for the wife but I read that it was shown to actually raise testosterone levels in women and im thinking im going to try it first and then if it works then have the wife get the 20mg but usually applied anywhere they put lotion it can be absorbed

Im definitely going to add it to my log im good with a 3 person log also everyone can follow if dhea really works for all of us could be a game changer for in-between cycles or even on cycles.
