On duty today so just cardio. Also caught the cold that’s been going around my house.
Made protein pancakes for breakfast. Making chicken scarpiello and pasta for dinner
Oatmeal and a protein shake. 2 pieces of toast. Later will be tuna on toast. Went to work with out my lunch but luckily Ive got a squirrel stash of food for just such an emergency. No training today
Breakfast was 4 eggs scrambled, 2 pieces of sausage, and half plate of fried potatoes with a Dew to wash it down. Second meal was a mass gainer shake. 3rd meal is shaved steak, mac n cheese, and fried potatoes.
