September 7th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.No work today,waiting on wifi cable guy to come install.No gym,didn’t sign up yet with my brother in law.Breakfast was 5 MorningStar Star fake sausages,5 egg whites(HB) banana,1 English muffin,coffee and water.
Lunch will be buffalo chicken breast and white American lettuce tomato on whole wheat, 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓,4 oatmeal raisin cookies,milk and water.Dinner I’m not sure about.Today I am grateful for my awesome daughter,startin 7 th grade today.she already text me and said so far there’s not one boy who is taller then her.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
its the same issue with my elbow. That one spot if i put a tight wrap with a ball in it to put pressure Im fine. without it tho can drop my ass doing something simple. luckily its not all the time. Just some days.
