What’s up everyone? I’ve been on many forums and never registered. This is the first one ever and I’m excited to be here. I’m 47 and on TRT. I had low test which the best way I can describe it as having the energy of being hungover mixed with insomnia. Testostosteron Has been a life saver! I have a home gym with a squat rack and some other shit, so I’m just looking to learn weightlifting, nutrition, supps— all of it. I want to hang on to my masculinity for as long as I can.
I’m an avid MTB rider who has suffered a few crashes and some surgeries to fix my broken knee and torn labrum in my shoulder. I would love to find ways to improve my shoulder mobility and decrease the pain.
