Just finished push day workout. Db press, dB incline press and seated overhead press. Took some sildafinil preworkout. This is only the second time I’ve tried this but it seems to work. My question is at the end of the workout I had a painful pump in my traps I know I activate these a bit with overhead press but I wasn’t going too heavy just focusing on quality reps. Anybody else experience this. Tbh it really tripped me out.
