Mmmm maybe? Not sure on the first one. I’ll try and be more mindful and get you an answer. As for the second, I don’t usually nap during the day unless I had an especially bad night — <4 hours of sleep
 
Ok by racing mind to you keep having intrusive thoughts? Like the same thing over and over? Maybe a song verse or an argument for the day. Problem with the wife. If so get out of bed sit in a kitchen chair amd read something you find uninteresting until you feel drowsy aslo have small carb snack. Third you can try ZMA before bed.
If you so get it done by 1:30-2 at the latest

All found on Amazon. Tried it last night and slept 7 hours straight. Which is amazing for me even after sleeping 1.5 hrs in 24. Usually I sleep for 4 hours max. Get up eat, read, and go back to sleep for a couple more hours.
 
I’m a 8 hours is best kind of person but only get about 6 day now then days off I’ll get 10-12. Gf complained the other day that all I do when I’m at her place is sleep and I told it’s the only time I get to.
 
I got 10 hours of sleep last night. Can’t remember the last time that happened. Woke up stiff and sore as shit hahaha hoping it’s the new sleep cocktail I mentioned above and I continue to get some good sleep.
 
I do! I’m telling myself it was fluke Bc I didn’t sleep much and went and played golf so my body was doing it’s thing. But I’m hoping it’s not. I haven’t slept this much in back to back nights since I was a kid.
 
I’ve only slept in 4 hour chunks for a really long time. I got somewhat better when we worked every single weekend, Bc my schedule was always the same. This contract has been hell for me though. Work days changing every week, staying nocturnal for 4-5 days in a row.
