Has any heard of this compound. I know a guy who is going the influencer route and he posted about this shit being better than he thought it would be.

I’ve been hearing good things about it but no real personal experience as its still new to me. I recently started Retatrutide after my good friend used it, and it’s helped with IBS, my abs are now more lean without changing my diet not changing my training.

He however, has great results in other areas such as his liver profile. Also fat has melted off of him, he does zero cardio but changed his diet some.

This same person I saw talking good about this also sang praises of retatrutide. He is doing the influencer thing but is genuinely trying to to give out advice on safer ways to do things really pushes bloodwork.

Interesting, I’m definitely looking forward to seeing more use of Reta within bodybuilding. So far it’s been a game changer for me and I’m not even at the “starting dose” according to the studies.

Slu is a very promising peptide. I would put it into the category of Mots-c, 5 1-Amino MQ, etc etc.

It has similar mitochondrial properties as methylene Blue. Which act to boost mitochondrial health and efficiency leading to overall better health, more energy, and fat loss.

Average starting dose is 200mcg a day. There’s some studies ranging from 150-250mcg a day twice a day. And chase irons ran it all the way up to like 1500mcg a day.

I don’t know many that have used it but on paper it looks pretty amazing:

- renal protective
- increased mitochondrial efficiency
- increased ejection fraction
- increased fat burning
- exercise mimetic

Fast forward to about 21 min:

Fuckin Finally, another dude that does ZERO cardio, that's what I'm talking about.

Holy Cow, Batman! If I add any other peptides or supplements to my daily/weekly I take, I’m literally going to be taking as much shit as Bryan Johnson from Netflix.
You’re not alone. What little I take…I’m still trying to streamline “stuff”.

Lmao um I vote you, I’m guinea pigging the Reta already
I am interested in Reta and tirz, the one thing that holds me back is its dopaminergic activity. It’s being used in addiction therapy. people are struggling mentally when they come off it as it’s inhibiting the reward center in the brain and it’s effects have been reported long lasting even after the drug is stopped.

Yeah, it’s definitely a bit concerning. It seems that Tirz and Sema are affecting that activity more than Reta at this point in the studies. Though, with it still being in its research phase it’s hard to say. I will say that I have come across forums off people being able to come off of Reta cold turkey but struggling to come off of Tirz.
