I realize I’m not really good at doing a slow and steady weight loss so I decided to hire my friend as coach to do my workouts and diet for me. With him being local he’ll make sure that I’m getting to the gym and following the diet. I told him give me 2 weeks of consistent gym going then we will dive right in. I’m going to plan on it being 2 months and reassess if I wan to keep going or go back to heavy weights
