Time for a Dirty cut 2024

There’s triceps stuff in here

 
Tricep strength isn’t the problem it feels like they don’t fire when I bench. Like they don’t understand when they are supposed for jumping and take over from chest and shoulders. I think I’m going to tel my powerlifting coach I want to go back to alternating weeks of heavy jms and then heavy pin presses
 
After trying to go a bit heavier with bar I have I decided to just go ahead and buy a blemish Texas squat bar so I use the cerebus for high bar and Texas for low just so I feel ok buying both
 
Well seeing as this cut is over I’ll be shutting down this log. Going to drop my test and mast down and just get to 16 weeks out then it’s time to start ment. I’m thinking I may do lower test and up the ment to 575 a week so something like 400 575 700 mast and see how well I do on that.
 
After three nights at work, where it’s essential to my job to be outgoing and social… I’m wiped out for the week. I always tell people at work I’m a social recluse. I go out and do things, but usually on my own… and don’t talk to anyone.
