Thought I’d motivate you all with some food porn. Not the most beautiful dish but it’s got all you need.
6.5 oz grilled chicken
1/2 cup broccoli / red pepper
1/2 cup rice
Teaspoon olive oil to sauté broccoli

Looks delicious!

I just had my 2 scoops of protein powder for the day with a banana. I’ll have some tuna in a bit.

That’s my usual lunch.
 
@Dirtnasty that looks like the bacon egg and a
Guac BLT I made last night for dinner. I fell off the macro train hard this weekend and destroyed everything I’d been day dreaming about eating.
 
Do you do anything to your chicken? Marinade or anything? I’ve just been doing no salt mrs dash and lemon juice and trying to switch it up.
 
I do balsamic , salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning.
Sometimes I’ll mix in honey to really get the seasoning to stick
