Basically most of my meals have included rice and protein so far. Potatoes and veggies here and there. I eat eggs and I get raw milk from the farm and I drink that here and there
My goal is to put on size and strenght but the least amount of Fat possible
I’ve done it all. Keto, low carb etc. Trying carbs again it’s good energy for lifting
I try to keep everything high quality as much as I can
How about you guys, if you have diet knowledge hit me
